19 years ago today…..
I got married! To the man God chose specially for me! God’s grace in my life….
For me, it was love-at-first-sight! I knew the second I saw him that I would marry him! I don’t think it took him very long to agree, but it took him a really long time to admit it! We married in Houston in a no-frills, family-only ceremony in the office of our Pastor. And then met dear friends at the Cadillac Bar for the “reception”! Then off to Barbados for a romantic honeymoon! It was perfect!
He is more than I could have dreamed him to be. He has stood by me and supported me through “better” and quite a bit of “worse” and some pretty crazy things in between! He has a kind and giving heart and he has provided an amazing life! He knows me. AND he still loves me! Nope, there’s nothing perfect about our marriage and the only thing unique about it is that it’s ours…..
To 19 years of marriage, 17 of bliss, the first two were pretty IFFY! Happy Anniversary to my sweet Bruce!

I know for a fact that he spoils you rotten as well. Smart man to latch onto you all those years ago. I would never have dreamed 19 years…y’all still look like newlyweds! Happy anniversary!
