Rockdale ~ Market Days!
March 6th I headed over to Rockdale to Antique Queens where I have a space selling Rubbish and SweetTalk! It’s a great mall! About 6000 sq. ft. packed with amazing finds!
Lanna manages the mall and I simply adore her! She always wears a smile! We both love anything shabby and the chippier the better!
I picked up some cookies and drove over after lunch…..boy was I surprised! The whole town was hoppin’! An old car show, street vendors, food, bargains, people, balloons…you name it, it was there!
And, seriously, what rock have I been living under? Rockdale has Market Days quarterly! I had no idea! Next one is June 5th. Mark your calendars for a fun-filled-day in Rockdale!

Rockdale is only an hour from Round Top…hint, hint! And practically due north of Giddings. Antique Queens is located at 106 W. Cameron Ave (Hwy 79). So stop by if you’re in the area. You will not be disappointed! Promise.
Oh gosh, have I mentioned…haha…that I’m setting up at Cole’s in Warrenton March 25 ~ April 3! I’m so excited, I haven’t slept in weeks!
You know that sick feeling you get at the end of the day when the vendors start to put down their tent flaps and you’re not ready to stop shopping? Well…..come to Cole’s! Open 10am ~ 7pm daily with late shopping til 8pm on the 30th!
I was talking to a friend the other day who told me she’s never been…..shame. I told her if she’d just go once, she’d plan her whole life around it from that point forward! That’s how much fun it is!

I wanted to go! Dang it Janet….I left a msg on your blog to drop by and pick me up on your way to Rockdale….You must have not gotten my msg in time. Thats ok…I won’t hold a grudge…Just pick me up for the next one OK. LOL

Looks like a nice place to shop! I am really getting excited about the show! I don’t have a ton of stuff, but, it is what it is!

You know, my daughters and I plan our whole lives around Warrenton/Round Top as well. It’s so funny that I never thought about it, but it’s so true. I’ve been attending the Big Show now for over 20 years. The first time, my daughters were all small, the youngest not even a year old, she’ll be 21 in May. We all love it and wouldn’t dream of missing it.

Never been to the big shows? And…she lives in Texas, girl, what has she been thinking. You are so right. If she went once she’d be hooked and no kidding about planning your life around it. I hear of women that plan weddings, showers, big events around the shows so that they don’t miss it, can you blame them. I’ve been one of those too that tell my kids, y’all don’t plan anything during this time of year, ha! See you really soon, like next week! Can you belive it?

That pink car is awesome!!! I have been talking to my husband about going to Texas. He is thinking about it:) You have so many great things going on there and it seems like the best flea markets too!Maybe I’ll try a hunger strike;)
